The team is short a doctor and an IT expert...any news on any new members joining Captain Jack, Ianto Jones and Gwen Cooper?

Some sites say that actor John Barrowman will stop playing Captain Jack very soon. And with Jack being Torchwoods main character this may be the end of Torchwood.
And remember what Dalek Caan said:"Everlasting dead will come to the most faithful/loyal of companions" or something like that but why would he say everlasting? Ok he's mad but still it sounds weird.
It could be Rose, Martha, Donna or it could be Jack and if the Daleks kill Ianto and Gwen it's goodbye Torchwood. 
Of course this would cause some strange temporal distortions with Jack being the Face of Boe.

Haha but a good one all the same! I just commented on the last (and BRILLIANT) final episode and I suggested that perhaps Micky and Martha may join Torchwood...Martha quite likely since she has already appeared in the spin off and she could take up Owen's role as Doctor...and Micky as he was seen going off with Jack and Martha at the end of the episode.

Maybe they'll take some young new actors since R.T. Davies said that was what Torchwood does. Offering young actors a platform!
